PSJ'ers (members of PSJ) are some of the most supportive and helpful members on the net.  Time and again, literally tens of thousands of dollars are saved, friendships are born, and lives are transformed with the help of PSJ'ers.  Many of you have experienced the alternatives on the net - either in biased information on doctor web sites, or from content managed by individuals who profit from signing up patients for a particular surgeon. You can gain access to PSJ by becoming a free BASIC member or by joining as a Premium(full) member with full access to all things PSJ. Premium membership is currently $35 for a full year of access.

• PURCHASE - Or you must "Purchase" a "Premium Membership" which gives you access to all that PSJ has to offer.

The strength of the PSJ community is built on members who regularly post informative and supportive content on their experience with plastic surgery abroad, and/or by members who help cover the costs of maintaining the site through their paid subscriptions. They are the ones who make PSJ the most valuable resource of it's kind. If you are not posting or do not purchase a Premium Membership, you are not returning value to the community. If you do post or purchase you are welcome to gather as much information as you'd like and become a valued member of PSJ.
